Tile Owner

The Tile Owner is the person who purchased a rainforest Tile from www.ownforest.com. Ownforest.com insures that the Tile purchaser has legal “ownership” of their rainforest land. When Tile owners purchase Tiles they receive an electronic copy of the Title Deed paperwork that is filed at the local notary office in the rain forest country. Tile owners agree to deed restrictions which legally protect and preserve the rainforest.

Carbon Sequester

One benefit of owning Tiles is that buyers receive full rights and ownership of the “sequestration process”. Sequestration is that process of photosynthesis whereby the leaves of the rainforest trees actually absorb CO2 from the air, and convert it back into pure, breathable O2 oxygen. The quantity of CO2 absorbed each year depends on the quality of the forest in the region the Tile is located, and the number of years the Tile is protected. The legal deed gives each Tile buyer “legal rights” to the benefit of the sequestration process. In other words, the Tile owner has ownership of the CO2 gas absorption, and oxygen production process.

Title Deed to Rainforest Tiles

When Tile owners purchase Tiles they receive legal Title Deed to the rainforest for a period of 10 years. Tile owners agree electronically, to obey the title deed restrictions put forth in both the “I agree” statement and the Title Deed documents. These restrictions are designed to legally protect and preserve the rainforest.

Each Tile buyer receives a printable email copy of their Title Deed within seconds after purchasing Tile(s). Original paper title deeds, listing the names of rainforest tile owners are safety recorded and stored at the Notary office in the country and state where the rainforest is located. When a tile is purchased on-line, that buyer becomes the immediate owner of the property. Tile owners agree to the terms and conditions that it can take up to 120 days for paperwork processing until the Notary office in the foreign country has the paper title deed available on file.
